  1. For the potato salad, I strongly reccomend using Liberté’s Mediterranean yogourt, or any other very thick yogurt, otherwise the sause is too wispy. And be generous on the cilantro! I used piment d’espelette instead of a chile, because of the kids and because I’m totally in love with espelette!
